- 1. Supervision and Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and housekeeping staff. Assign tasks, schedule work shifts, and provide training and guidance to the team.
- 2. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for the hotel's equipment, systems, and facilities; Regularly inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment.

- 8. Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duty for emergency maintenance issues outside of regular working hours. Respond to and manage emergency situations effectively.
- 9. Vendor and Contractor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services. Obtain competitive quotes for repair projects and negotiate contracts.
- 10. Environmental Sustainability: Implement environmentally friendly practices and energy-saving initiatives; Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and certifications.
- 11. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory. Generate regular reports on maintenance performance and budget utilization. Provide updates to senior management on the status of maintenance projects.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
