Winnipeg, Canada Macho Maintenance Full time

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the property maintenance team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help plan work routes, job scheduling and giving out quotes to potential customers.
- Be able to manage equipment and make sure everything is up and running smoothly
- Manage to supervise a maintenance crew
- Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
- Be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Have some knowledge in general property maintenance.
- Mow grass during summer months and remove snow during winter months.
- Handle units with care, raising & lowering gently to reduce the risk of possible damage.
- Must be able to walk long distances, kneel, crouch, crawl or climb ladders.
- Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Treat all customer and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.

/ Part-time

**Salary**: $13.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R2N 4A2: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Manitoba Driver's License

**Experience**:

- property maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
