Driven by continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our landscape and snow maintenance division with a focus on excellence, quality, and safety.

**Position Overview**:
The Maintenance Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the coordination, supervision, and quality of all landscape maintenance and snow clearing operations for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position that requires exceptional organizational skills to manage weekly schedules, lead crews effectively, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan, direct, and supervise snow clearing operations during winter months.
- Develop and manage weekly work schedules, ensuring efficient deployment of crews and resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Lead, coach, and support field supervisors and crew members, fostering a professional, safe, and productive work environment.
- Implement and manage a portion of the company's health and safety program (e.g., COR), ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety on all sites.
- Manage equipment and machinery needs, including scheduling, diagnosing issues, and overseeing general maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to monitor progress and workmanship.
- Proactively problem-solve daily operational challenges, including site issues, subcontractor coordination, material delays, and weather-related rescheduling.
- Participate in hands-on project work and operate various landscaping equipment as required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in landscape and snow maintenance, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to schedule, direct, and lead multiple work crews efficiently and professionally.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of small engines and the ability to operate and troubleshoot power equipment, trucks, and trailers.
- Solid horticultural knowledge, including plant identification and turf management principles.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing conditions.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage independently, command respect, and act with integrity.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong team-oriented attitude.

**Work Conditions & Schedule**:

- This is a full-time, year-round position.
- Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, with 40+ hours per week.
- Incidental evening and weekend work may be required based on operational needs and weather events. Weather-dependent downtime is utilized for administrative tasks and equipment maintenance.

**Compensation**:
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
