**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and maintain office records, documentation, and supplies
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, and basic reporting (**training provided if needed**)
- Support management with preparing reports, documents, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environment

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- A proactive and reliable work ethic with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
