About the Role
As the first point of contact for ROCKE, you play an important role in shaping the experience of our clients, partners, and visitors. You'll support both our internal team and our clients by keeping communication flowing smoothly, staying organized, and maintaining a professional office environment that reflects our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who values attention to detail, enjoys responsibility, and takes pride in presenting themselves and their workspace at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone, email, website, and in person
• Guide client intake using structured questions to gather clear, accurate information
• Coordinate meetings, calendar invites, and internal communications
• Collect, organize, and manage client documentation (site plans, surveys, inspiration materials, etc.)
• Support project coordinators with administrative and site-related tasks
• Assist with day-to-day office operations, supplier coordination, and general administration
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, including meeting rooms and client-facing spaces
• Ensure the office presentation consistently reflects ROCKE's standards of quality and professionalism
• Support operations and coordination for the ROCKE Event Centre as needed

• Clear, timely communication during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-
5:00 PM)
• Very strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential
• Ability to follow direction, manage priorities, and work within established processes
