**Position Overview**:
MAC Engineering is seeking a motivated and organized **Junior Project Manager (Jr. PM)** to join our engineering team. The Jr. PM will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects, ensuring that deliverables are on time, within scope, and budget. This role offers a great opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in project management and grow within a dynamic and collaborative engineering environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project milestones and update status reports for stakeholders.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including meeting minutes, schedules, and reports.
- Track deliverables and prepare regular progress updates for senior management.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and accessible to team members.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Support communication between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders and assist in addressing project-related inquiries.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:

- Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them to senior project managers.
- Monitor and document project changes or delays and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:

- Assist in tracking project budgets and ensure expenses align with financial forecasts.
- Monitor resource allocation and highlight capacity or resource conflicts to the project team.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Support audits or inspections as needed to ensure project compliance with engineering best practices and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field, would be an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles or exposure to engineering environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of oil and gas projects would be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
