The Office Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm. This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various administrative functions efficiently. You will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing administrative support to lawyers and clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training development as needed.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and timely replenishment.
- Assist in billing and invoicing clients, processing payments, as well as tracking payments.
- Manage client intake, onboarding, and maintaining client records.
- Coordinate meetings
- Assist with maintaining compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Organize and manage files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality
- Supervise staff, delegating tasks and providing support as needed.
**Experience /Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as (law) office manager, administrative assistant, or relevant role (law office experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and PC Law.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Recruiting and interviewing experience is a plus.
Pay: $18.25-$33.48 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required

- Monday to Friday
