**you will support the Manager, Security Regulatory Compliance by performing coordinating activities related to the Airline Security Program. **The position reports to the
**Manager of Security and Regulatory Compliance**
***and will be in Toronto, On.

**What You’ll Do**:

- _Daily review of aviation security reports received for the purpose of processing and classification._
- _Processing and creating aviation security (AVSEC) occurrences in the SEMS database._
- Updating the database with relevant information as received for open security occurrences._
- _Generating security statistical reports._
- _Compile the information pulled from the database to the spreadsheets._
- _Prepare PowerPoint presentations for review; establish a security occurrence information dashboard._

**What You’ll Need**:

- _Post-secondary education in a related field._
- _Prior experience in the aviation industry, preferably in one of the following functional areas: Flight Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, In-flight Services; Ground Handling considered an asset._
- _Demonstrated organizational, planning, and administrative skills._
- _Effective communication skills (including report writing)._
- _An understanding of the Canadian Aviation Regulations._
