This Aviation Digital Project Manager position will be responsible for professional level project management work on multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to handover, including organizing, administering, and monitoring one or more projects simultaneously. Leads the management and coordination of project(s) in Aviation Digital and requires a strategic understanding of Airport/Aviation Operations, Civil Aviation and Transportation Authorities, regulations, processes (e.g. Airport Systems Design, ORAT) and standards (e.g IATA standards), technology and systems such as Special Airport Systems.
In addition, this position will oversee all aspects of a project including but not limited to the following: customer requirements, scope management, schedules (alignment with the customer), resource planning, project costs/budget, documentation, communications, 3rd party vendor coordination, and deliverables and ultimately the customer's satisfaction.
Critical responsibilities for this role will include the following:

Role specific responsibilities include the following:

- Manage the day-to-day oversight of all (multiple) project plans, and deployment to completion
- Manage and balance the key project decisions, risks, issues, changes according to the Client’s and other stakeholders’ expectations
- Develop initiatives to manage current and upcoming project investments with existing resource commitments Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and gravitas for managing complex personal relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Must be able to guide negotiations to obtain mutually beneficial outcomes and resolve conflicts both internal and external
- Coordination with the other Project Managers, Resource Managers, Professional Services, Engineering on current and developing project & program requirements
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, negotiating assignment with responsible parties and holding stakeholders accountable
- Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
- Improving project governance, improving project transparency and monitoring
- Experience Required:

- Minimum 8 years of Aviation project delivery experience
- PMI/PMP certification or equivalent
- BA/BS required
- Fully familiar with the Airport Design, Airport Master Plan and ORAT Process (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer)
- Strong working knowledge of the Aviation Technologies, Systems, and Solutions such as Passenger Processing Systems, Airport Operational Systems, Information Systems, Smart Airport Solutions, Aviation Automation Systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Digital Operations and Maintenance activities in Aviation and must be able to create new cases and solutions to the Clients in the Aviation Digital Context, influence the clients in Aviation including the Authorities, Airport Operators, C-level executives, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge of working in Master System Integration project/programs
- Experience in ITIL based Service Delivery in an airport environment
- Knowledge in IT Architecture, innovation and Digital transformation, IT Security
- Experience in airport and airline operations from an operational perspective
- Knowledge in Big Data, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Internet of Things (IoT)
- Experience in designing, implementing, auditing, and commissioning mission-critical systems at major international airports
- Strong customer service and customer-centric experience

Experience Required (cont.)
- Good knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation procedures
- Excellent analytical and organizational ability
- PMO experience is preferred. Able to improve project/program delivery methods and coaching project managers.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $200,000
