**Medical Receptionist for evenings only**

SK Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is a busy multi-disciplinary clinic in Cambridge, ON. We have a great team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropodist and kinesiologists.

**Job Role**:

- Intaking new patients, and checking their insurance coverage
- Managing appointments on the scheduling software, and coordinating with the service provider regarding patients' future appointments
- Process payments through POS, direct billing through TELUS e-claim
- Answering phone calls regarding new inquiries and current patient concerns
- Provide administrative support for the practitioners and therapists
- Abilities to problem solve and resolve conflicts to ensure patients are always satisfied
**Requirement**:

- Medical office administration diploma **or** previous experience in a clinic based setting (minimum 3 months)
- You must be able to problem solve and have patience to handle difficult clients
- You must be able to communicate properly with patients over the phone (telephone skills) and in person
- Ability to time manage and multitask when there's a surplus of clients

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
