**What Do We Offer?**

**Responsibilities:**
- Administer and coordinate various HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Implementing efficient HR process optimization strategies to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring optimal resource utilization and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness
- Support SSC to collect HR records, such as employee files
- Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, and conduct new employee orientation
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development activities
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs
- Coordinate and administer employee performance review process
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in HR coordinator or related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge about ADP
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The hiring range for this position ranges from CA$45,000 - CA$60,000. Your actual level and salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
