Customer Logistics Operations Lead

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Customer Logistics Operations Lead, located in Markham, ON.
This position is part of a dynamic, fast paced, cross-segment team charged with optimizing SAP, EDI, our customer facing web portal, and related systems. You will manage the day to day operational activities and lead projects that will improve our customer order journey. Working across teams and functions, you will collaborate to solve for new and existing business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leading SAP Sales and Distribution optimization and ensuring system integrity, through troubleshooting issues, documenting user requirements, solution design, testing and implementation of creative solutions
- Leading implementation and testing of new EDI connections and the support of existing connections
- Partnering with business, IT teams, and third parties to define and articulate user requirements, document user stories and supporting the testing required to implement system changes
- Leading activities optimizing our customer facing web portal including troubleshooting, defining user requirements, testing, implementing solutions, and driving user adoption
- Preparing and delivering training on new functionality and system changes
- Owning the documentation, key controls, audit support, month end activities and ensuring system improvements are compliant within a SOX controlled environment
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on projects to provide input into solutions and lead implementations of system changes to support
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
University degree or equivalent experience
**Experience and Skills**:
We work in a multifaceted, team environment where these Experiences and Skills will be needed:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years experience in SAP SD with hands-on experience developing user stories, testing, and implementing solutions - **Required**:
- 5+ years experience in Supply Chain
- **Required**:
- 3+ years experience working in a SOX-controlled environment
- **Required**:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information for a business audience
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
- Ability to adapt to constantly evolving environments and can inspire change across teams
- PE/Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing **Preferred**

- Normal hours with occasional weekend work
