**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Administrative Assistant will be supporting the residential and commercial operations teams as well as the sales team. This is a fast-paced role with a lot of opportunities to excel and learn new skills.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Following up with clients and vendors
- Updating files with client information
- Creating and maintaining internal documents
- Ordering supplies and general office organization
- Following up with clients as required
- Assisting other departments as required
- All other duties as assigned

**Skills**
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, specifically Excel
- Proficient with all G-Suite products
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
- Ability to efficiently handle a variety of situations and tasks
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and willing to learn and follow instruction
- Ability to have fun while staying focused on completing your tasks

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- College Diploma/University Degree
- 2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the construction industry
- Valid Ontario driver’s license & vehicle is required
- Accounting or Business Administration background is an asset

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
