**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Junior Property Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director and further develop your property management skills while bringing your own experience to the table. You’ll have the chance to take on diverse responsibilities, contribute to the growth of the company, and refine your expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of property operations, ensuring properties meet high standards of efficiency and performance.
- Build strong tenant relationships, providing timely and effective communication and support.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct property inspections and maintain detailed operational records.
- Assist with tenant sourcing, lease renewals, and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with leadership to implement innovative property management strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to resolve tenant issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges.
- Familiarity with property management software (experience with Yardi is an asset).
- Knowledge of Ontario’s residential and commercial property regulations.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for property visits.
