You wish to join a passionate company ? Don’t search anymore Cogir Real Estate is currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Property Manager **to join our growing team. Our company manages a diverse portfolio, providing top-quality service to both landlords and tenants. **Summary of Responsibilities**: - Assist in managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring all properties are maintained and running efficiently. - Liaise with tenants to address issues, handle lease agreements, and ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for building maintenance, repairs, and renovations. - Conduct site visits and property inspections, ensuring proper upkeep and compliance with safety regulations. - Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance, vacancies, and tenant concerns. - Assist with budgeting, rent collection, and financial management of properties. - Participate in tenant move-ins/move-outs, ensuring units are ready for new occupants. - Respond to tenant requests and emergencies promptly. **Skills/Qualifications**: - University degree preferred, or college diploma in construction management or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with tenants, contractors, and team members effectively. - Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is an asset. - Knowledge of construction or building maintenance is an asset. - A real estate license is an asset. - A positive attitude and a "to-do" mindset. - Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car for travel to various sites. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Pay: $54,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
