The Daniels Corporation is actively searching for a full-time **Junior Property Manager** to join the team in Mississauga. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations and the Director, Gateway Operations, this role is responsible for the daily management of the rental portfolio which consists of units within the Greater Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing all rental portfolio onsite unit inspections, organize unit turnovers, and corresponding service requests.
- Rental portfolio tenant liaison. This position successfully interacts with all portfolio tenants as needed and addresses all concerns.
- Responsible for all internal invoicing for rental portfolio.
- Communicate with trades that manage the exterior and interior of all rental portfolio units.
- Send out and deliver any notices needed to all tenants.
- Keeping all spreadsheets and records up to date.
- Preparing any necessary reports.
- Responsible for attending any on-site appointments with contractors, deliveries, etc.
- Participate in the Gateway emergency on-call rotation.
- Assist the Senior Manager of Operations and the Director with administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- College or university degree or diploma preferred.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft with a focus on Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Experience in Property Management an asset.
- Knowledge or familiarity with Yardi Systems is an asset.
- Knowledge or familiarity with Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) legal documents would be an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and self-starter.
- Polished written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team is essential.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills is required.
- Ability to travel within the GTA as required.
