Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through timely and effective communication. Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and cost control. Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate operational records. Manage leasing activities for residential units, including tenant sourcing, lease renewals, and onboarding. Collect rent payments and address delinquency issues in accordance with company policies. Travel between properties across Toronto for inspections, tenant meetings, and operational oversight. Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative property management strategies. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in property management or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to resolve tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships. Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to new challenges. Familiarity with property management software (Yardi experience is an asset). Knowledge of Ontario’s Residential and Commercial Tenancy Acts. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for property visits.
