**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, scheduling, and general warehouse services
- Track and update order status, delivery details, and product availability in the system
- Liaise with warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve customer concerns
- Process service requests, returns, and adjustments in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when needed
- Support scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments in coordination with logistics teams
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s service-first values
- Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support for customer accounts and general office duties as needed
**Experience & Essential Skills**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; warehouse or logistics environment strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with warehouse management systems is an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
**Working Environment**
- Office-based role located within the warehouse facility
- Primarily desk work involving phone and computer use
- Standard daytime shifts, with flexibility for occasional extended hours depending on business needs
**Language(s)**
English fluency required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
