**Customer Service/Front Desk Associate Role**
- **What will you be doing?**_
- Be knowledgeable about Membership options, classes, merchandise and club locations.
- Answer incoming inquiries (in person, phone calls, etc) for current & potential members.Handle comments, suggestions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure members sign-in/check-in for classes and provide accounting and management with EOD (End of day) attendance numbers for each class.
- Assist Manager with Merchandise count and sales. Assist Manager with videos and pictures from classes for marketing.
- Assist with Accounting with supplying check-ins, receiving payments, checking in active members in both Ajax & Oshawa.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding account balance.(This will be provided to you from accounting)
- Complete any other tasks required to provide an exceptional experience for Members and guests.
- Complete cleaning tasks as required to maintain cleanliness standards, upon arrival & departure of shifts.
- Submit timesheets at the end of each week for pay.
- EOD (End of day) updates after each shift.
**Weekly Schedule**:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 4:45 PM - 8:15 PM
Tuesdays from 5:45PM - 9:15PM
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 17.50 per week
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajax, ON L1S 6W8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
