Our production facility is looking for a late-night/overnight Fulfilment Assistant Team Lead to join our team. If you are someone with management/supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and are available to work overnight shifts, then this is the perfect position for you

**About the role**:
As an overnight Assistant Team Leader, you will work on the floor alongside 3 - 4 other staff members packaging and sorting our products while ensuring all of our quality and food safety standards are met. This is a physically demanding position; you will required to lift items weighing up to 50 bs frequently throughout the shift.

As Assistant Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to other staff members
- Ensuring timelines and quality standards are being met
- Training new hires
- Motivating and encouraging staff members
- Completing fulfillment reports at the end of the shift
- Any other responsibilities assigned by upper management.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum of 1 year in a management/supervisory position
- Experience working in production/fulfillment position is an asset but not required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- The availability to work overnight shifts throughout the week including weekends
- The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Exemplary verbal and written communication - English
- A method of transportation to get to and from the bakery (there is no transit available in our area)
- Have a passion for leadership
- Continually search for ways to improve company operations
- Take initiative and think outside the box
- Be able to effectively communicate instructions and expectations to employees

**Compensation**:
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $20 - $22 per hour based on qualifications
