Our team in Langley currently has an opening for a Team Lead Customer Service   YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Job Summary: The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible to service our customers by leading their team ensuring customer excellence. The Customer Service Team Lead will support in driving profitability through active service excellence, key performance indicators and commercial excellence activities within their region. Successful Customer Service Team Leads can expect to follow a career path leading to other roles. Job Description:  Develop and drive Customer Service Excellence  Participate in and/or initiate ongoing process improvements related to the standardization, efficiency and effectiveness of customer service  Assist Customer Service Managers in daily meetings including reviewing open orders, summary of statistics, credit blocks, lost opportunities, etc.  Assist the Customer Service Manager with month end duties  Support and liaison with the commercial team to manager portfolio of customer accounts  Provide overall leadership and training & development for Customer Service Representatives  Supervise and coordinate activities of the team  Ensure safety is the first priority and that all activities are conducted in accordance with quality, healthy, safety, and environmental management systems  YOUR PROFILE Education and Experience:  Post-Secondary education; Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business would be preferred  Previous experience in a customer service and/or business administration role (3-5 years)  Sound skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  Previous experience/exposure with ERP systems, preferably SAP, would be considered an asset  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  OUR OFFER We aim to create an environmentwhere the best people want to work, where they can turn their passion intotheir job and realize their full potential.
