**Job Overview**:
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service for our Architecture, Engineering & Design firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders seeking information, assistance, or support.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about our services and projects.

Assist clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders with their requests, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel when necessary.

Handle and resolve client complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and provide clients with comprehensive support.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.45-$25.90 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
