**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch customer service to potential and existing customers
- Address and resolve all customer questions and complaints in a timely manner and in line with company policy
- Liaise with various departments to ensure that customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate department and personnel
- Answer allotted calls in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Perform A/R duties as required
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1-year experience in an office-related position
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- High school diploma

**Wage: $21.00-$23.00 per hour**

**Hours**:Office Hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm with some Saturdays

Work Hours 30-40 hours per week.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
