**We are looking for an Human Resources Technician ( 4 days a week)**
Reporting to the Vice-President, People & Organization, this person supports the People and Organization team in all matters requiring an administrative process, administrative follow-up, data entry, report production, finalization of a presentation, or administrative follow-up with employees.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain information required by the human resources information system;- Support the recruitment process by performing certain administrative tasks;- Act as a point of contact for payroll production;- Act as a point of contact for employees for all employment confirmation requests or similar requests;- Update company organizational charts;- Draft documents, letters, policies, presentations, etc. in both French and English;- Conduct rigorous follow-ups on employee files (maternity, paternity, work stoppage, work permits, etc.);- Collect and analyze data related to identified HR indicators;- Coordinate HR training sessions, informational lunch meetings, or presentations;- Support the People and Culture team in the deployment of various projects;
- Perform all other tasks required by the function.
**Required Profile**:
- College degree in Administration ( DEC)- 3 to 5 years of corporate experience in HR or payroll functions- Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures- Impeccable French and very good English- Excellent communication and writing skills- Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets- Very good experience with an HRIS- Excellent work organization- Rigor, attention to detail and autonomy
