Expresco is founded on the concept of filling a niche in the food service industry of ready-made skewers. Our primary business is providing value added portion
- controlled meat on stick for the food service and retail industry under the brand Expresco as well as for clients under their own private labels.

**Job Description** Responsibilities**:

- Maintains the Human Resource Management System database to ensure the accuracy and continuous availability of information throughout employee lifecycle.
- Provides support to the Human Resources team by handling various HR-related documents such as employment agreements, work permits, employment confirmation letters, etc.
- Answers calls and greets visitors, subcontractors at the reception.
- Coordinates training sessions, collects certificates and attendance sheets, and updates the training management system.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, translating documents, screening resumes, conducting background and reference checks, and preparing employment agreements.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health benefits and group retirement plans, as required.
- Participate in assigned Human Resources events and special projects.
- Ensures efficient documentation management.
- Carries out administrative follow-up, deadline control and reminders of requests for the team.
- Performs any other requested tasks.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Comply with the company's regulatory requirements and operational procedures to ensure a high standard of food safety and quality.

**Qualifications**
- DEC/AEC in human resources administration or other relevant experience.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual (French, English);
- Experience in the food industry, an asset.
- Knowledge in Word, Excel & Outlook.
