Human Resources Business Partner Location: Montréal, QC Industry: Manufacturing Status: Full-time Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/year, based on experience + 3 weeks vacation + parking + group insurance + PTO + more. About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner to join our team You'll play a key role in driving engagement, supporting leaders, and helping our teams thrive within a stable and rapidly expanding organization. What You'll Do Advise and support managers on HR policies and employee relations Lead and coach the HR Generalist and HR Technician Handle investigations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution Manage CNESST, health & safety, and disability files Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives Help shape and implement HR programs and policies aligned with business goals What You Bring 5+ years of HR experience (food manufacturing is an asset) Bachelor's degree in HR or Industrial Relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual (French & English) Proficient in Excel and ADP CRHA membership is an asset
