about this team
The International Ecommerce CoE (Centre of Excellence) team was established to support the in-region teams (APAC & EMEA, across nine sites) by centralizing tasks carried out across the regions, so they can focus on delivering the best possible experience, localized optimization and support the growth within their regions. While also creating consistency across the sites and defining best practices, to create the most optimal online experience for our customers and the most efficient operational processes.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Manages all central merchandising operations process across the international (INTL) sites, including SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) functionality and merchandising best practices
- Partnering closely with the CoE, in region and central teams
- Partner with the Product Management team to define and document new and updated merchandising processes within new and existing functionality (SFCC & Custom) to regions
- Supports the enrichment & ingestion of catalogue data to support the international eCommerce experiences across all INTL sites
- Support regional eCommerce teams on usage of the SFCC platform including, but not limited to, feature & functionality questions, training, new feature releases, etc.
- Support and partner with the eCommerce leads, Product Management team, SFCC success manager and Content Operations Lead, CoE INTL to define new processes within central INTL merchandising operations
- Support merchandising roadmap and initiatives execution to grow top-line revenue while providing an unparalleled inspirational omni guest experience
- Taking a holistic view of eCommerce merchandising to help drive outcomes, optimise processes and reduce redundancies regionally and centrally
- Manage, execute and train in region teams on INTL CoE ePlaybooks
- Implements actions on the website platform and using 3rd party tools to support operation priorities and to optimize website performance
- Manage multiple product and operations projects simultaneously; track and report on their effectiveness and performance
- Planning and resourcing for weekly, monthly and quarterly website update projects
- Identifies and evaluates new merchandising operation testing opportunities in partnership within region teams and INTL Product Management team
- Partner with regional eCommerce teams to understand regional merchandising needs and financial targets by looking at both high-level trend and detailed key performance indicators
- Leverage analysis, insights, and usability principles to review the business and highlight opportunities
- Monitor performance against objectives and changing business needs across all categories
- Work independently and collaboratively to drive solutions across the ecommerce and omni teams
- Analysis’s website performance across the INTL sites with the focus on guest experience, driving business objectives, and ultimately conversion rate
- Identifies future opportunities based on analysis, experience, and understanding of business goals
- Regularly reviews competitive landscape for features and trends as they relate to best practices for online content & merchandising

qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce or related spaces
- Strategy and tool experience - extensive experience using Demandware / SFCC to deliver online catalogue and merchandising required
- Experience working in a global eCommerce organization would be an asset
- Strong understanding of e-commerce eco-systems and product data and levers to drive performance
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint an asset
- Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
- Strength in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Strong analytical approach to identify and understand trends based on data and insight
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced operational model & lively environment
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and project management
- Experience working with 3rd party merchandising tools
