SAXX Underwear Co. is looking for a eCommerce Operations Coordinator (9-month contract) to join the team based at our Vancouver office location. **THE ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR WILL.**

Support the online product catalogue for SAXX websites, and the ongoing setup and accuracy of onsite content. You will support weekly website content updates, seasonal catalogue changes, end of line (EOL) catalogue updates throughout the year, and ongoing maintenance of the PDP and PLP’s. You will work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Product teams, staying in lock step and supporting how the SAXX Brand and Product strategy come to life on the DTC websites. You are an organized team player, who loves collaborating with your team.

This is a full-time 9-month contract position.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Shopify SKU set-up, communication, and coordination of seasonal changes and launches for new products, EOL products etc.
- Supports product catalogue content; this includes briefing on the US and CA websites
- Support product merchandising, to ensure key products are prioritized throughout the customer journey
- Coordinate and support set-up onsite product bundles
- Support the UAT and launch of web enhancements
- Execute web development ticketing through JIRA
- Participate in onsite QA cross functionally, ensuring the integrity of our pricing and our online content is held to the highest standards of accuracy
- Support reporting for onsite Search and NPS and cross functionally communication takeaways
- Works on other duties as assigned. This is an ever-evolving role and adaptability will be the key to success

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in eCommerce/Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined education & experience
- Minimum 1 year of direct eCommerce experience (preferably Shopify)
- Expert level knowledge with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to problem solve and seek out solutions
- Flexible team player who thrives in agile environments
- Experience in website management platforms such as Asana, JIRA and/or Trello is a plus
