**Who we are looking for**

**Specific Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination**:Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Designers, Engineers, Clients, and Subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the construction process.
- **Timelines**:Assist in developing project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- **Resource Monitoring**:Monitor and track the availability and delivery of construction materials, ensuring that the project stays on schedule.
- **Communication**:Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, potential issues, and resolutions.
- **Budget Management**:Assist in budget development and monitoring, tracking project expenses and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- **Tendering**:Assist the Project Manager in the tendering, including providing information to relevant sub trades.
- **Documentation**:Help maintain accurate and current project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and other relevant records for future reference and audits.
- **Administration**:Assist the Project Manager and President with job specific administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, OneDrive

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
