**WHO YOU ARE**
- Your experience must come from working within the construction industry, custom home residential experience would be preferred but not a requirement.

**THE ROLE**

This role is supportive; ultimately the Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Managers, and company president.

The main responsibilities of a Project Coordinator include working with team members, trades, designers, architects, etc. to create a realistic timeline. As well as actively following up with all project team members.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining and monitoring all documentation, correspondence.
- Prepare and issue Subcontract Agreements, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
- Request or prepare completion certificates and ensure all required project closeout documents are obtained.
- Prepare and manage project start-up documentation, including Notice of Project, Project Specific Health & Safety Program, construction schedules, insurance, bonding, etc.
- Ensure Subcontractors and Suppliers return signed subcontract agreements and purchase orders in a timely manner, including all required documents to commence work on-site and to process payment.
- Anticipate and provide for Company’s needs to access information and general coordination with daily project activities.
- Ability to Track and manage the following:

- Changes to Contracts (potential, contemplated, approved, etc.), Requests for Information (RFI’s), Submittal documents (shop drawings), Site Instructions, Field Reports Drawings and specifications, Testing, and Inspection Reports.
