**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets using tools like HeavyBid.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project workflows.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D for site design and planning is a plus.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with an understanding of technical specifications.
- Demonstrated ability in time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
