We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issue RFQs to subcontractors as directed.
- Schedule and coordinate trades and inspections as requested by the Project Manager (PM) or Site Supervisor.
- Prepare and manage project schedules using Project Management Software.
- Maintain and organize job files and manage digital project files.
- Oversee project start-up requirements, including Ministry of Labour documents, utility locates, site signage, and site binders.
- Complete project close-out materials, such as the Project Manual and Municipal Road Damage Deposit documents (if applicable), and coordinate final inspections and walkthroughs.
- Conduct material takeoffs (e.g., tile, flooring, hardware) and coordinate material orders and deliveries with vendors, ensuring the Site Supervisor is informed of the delivery status.
- Prepare and update fixtures and finishes schedule.
- Provide daily administrative support to the project management team.
- Coordinate service work on completed projects as directed.
- Ensure site-specific safety documentation is up-to-date (Greenbook, Certified First Aiders, etc.).

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
- Strong understanding and ability to read blueprints/construction documentation.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in both Microsoft and Google Suites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Estimation experience.
- Driver's License and operational vehicle.
- Previous on-site experience, carpentry background.

**Compensation**:

- $55,000 - $70,000
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- 50/50 Benefits
- Mileage Reimbursement

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
