**About Us**
We’re a growing network of Anytime Fitness clubs with locations across Manitoba and Alberta.
We’re launching an expanded training program designed to help more members reach their goals while creating strong, sustainable growth for our clubs. We’re looking for a Regional Training Manager to lead the charge ; someone who’s passionate about fitness, leadership, and building a winning training culture.
**The Role**
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll drive training revenue, coach and develop trainers, train club managers on how to lead and sell training effectively, and personally sell and deliver training yourself. You’ll be responsible for building team performance, managing training sales, and ensuring that our new training program becomes a cornerstone of each club’s success.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Regional Area Manager to strengthen club culture, elevate coaching quality, and improve overall profitability.
You’ll help refine and improve systems as the program grows, ensuring consistency, accountability, and success across multiple locations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of training sales performance across all Manitoba clubs.
- Train and mentor Club Managers and Personal Trainers on how to effectively sell and deliver training programs.
- Lead by example through direct involvement in training consultations, sales presentations, client engagement, and training and small group training sessions.
- Establish clear sales processes, performance standards, and accountability systems for all training staff.
- Work with the Area Manager to strengthen club culture, teamwork, and member experience.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development for training staff.
- Track and report on KPIs related to training sales, retention, and profitability.
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership team on continuous improvement and SOP development for long-term scalability.
- Travel between clubs in the Greater Winnipeg Area and less frequently to our further locations.
**What You Bring**
- 5+ years of experience in the fitness industry, ideally with multi-club or multi-team leadership experience.
- A track record of growing personal training revenue and building successful training teams.
- Strong sales and leadership skills ; you know how to inspire, coach, and hold others accountable.
- Ability to train others to sell, not just sell yourself.
- Excellent communication and organization skills; confident working with diverse personalities and leadership levels.
- Current or previous certified personal trainer designation (CPT, NASM, CSEP, CanFitPro, or equivalent).
- A degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or business management is an asset but not required.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Starting salary: $65,000 annually
- Performance-based bonuses once the training program is profitable
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Paid time off and holiday pay
- Free Anytime Fitness membership
- Ongoing professional development opportunities within a growing company
**Why Join Us?**
- You’ll have a foundational leadership role in shaping and scaling a training model across multiple clubs.
- You’ll work in an environment that values initiative, teamwork, and long-term growth.
- You’ll have the autonomy to make a visible impact while collaborating closely with ownership and leadership.
- You’ll help create opportunities for both staff and members to achieve their best.
