**Overview**
The Resident Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the residential property, ensuring a high standard of living for residents while maintaining effective communication and relationships with all stakeholders. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. The Resident Manager will be responsible for managing property management tasks, maintaining resident satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Duties**
- Oversee the daily operations of the residence, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Manage resident relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Perform data entry tasks related to resident information and property management using software systems.
- Maintain accurate files and records for all residents, including lease agreements and maintenance requests.
- Daily cleaning of the building to ensure a clean welcoming environment for tenants and guests.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions with residents and improve service delivery.
- Coordinate maintenance requests through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ensuring timely responses to resident needs.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when communicating with residents, vendors, and staff members.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and file management is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this role.

The Residence Manager position offers an opportunity to contribute positively to a residential community while developing valuable skills in property management and customer relations.

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
