Personal Training Manager

**As a Personal Training Manager, a typical day might include the following**:

- A mountain of fitness package sales data to be entered, reviewed and analyzed
- Managing a customer service complaint who’s wishing to cancel their fitness package
- Collaborating with the accounting department regarding an out of the norm refund situation
- Reviewing and cross referencing individual and team fitness package sales goals against current position - adjust plan of attack accordingly
- Crafting new fitness package initiatives and review with the General Manager
- Overseeing point of sale data is entered accurately
- Leading Fitness Consultant team meeting, ensuring the team is well informed of new fitness package initiatives
- Reviewing and adjusting a fitness plan for a new trainer
- Researching new fitness equipment and make suggestion to General Manager
- Conducting an employee performance review

**To land this role you need to have;**
- A university degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years related sales experience with an established track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Direct to consumer sales or fitness sales experience strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of leadership and personnel management experience including proven success in coaching and motivating teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- All management/leadership team members are required to have Standard First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually.
- All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
