The Office Administration Technician is accountable to the Office Administration Manager in the support of effective administrative, communication, customer service, specific accounting and client file management which includes but not limited to: prepare bookkeeping, GST, and tax returns, administrative support of the Office Administrator.

Qualifications:

- Preference given to persons with formal office and accounting past work experience
- Must have a clean criminal record and provide a copy of clearance
- Detailed knowledge of accounting processes
- Must be able to multitask and set personal timelines and accountability to tasks
- Ability to build and support customer and client relationships
- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated oral (phone and in person) and written communication skills

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
