The following full-time career opportunity is currently available:
**Sales Support Specialist**
**(Technical)**

As a member of the Technical Sales Team and reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact for customer support regarding technical product inquiries. You will be responsible for supporting customers regarding technical questions, dealing with product issues, investigating, and implementing solutions including product changes. This position supports the Sales and Engineering departments to ensure Customer requirements are met.

This position will require some travel to Customers across Canada. Relevant technical aptitude and communication skills are a prerequisite for this position as are strong interpersonal skills, honesty, integrity, and accountability.
