**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for maintenance, reliability, and project activities, ensuring alignment with site priorities and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
- Update and monitor schedules using Primavera and SAP, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Assist in integrating scheduling systems into the centralized maintenance scheduling program.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Senior Scheduling Lead and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in scheduling within industrial or heavy industry environments.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, including Primavera and SAP.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in project scheduling, maintenance and reliability, or project management is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Willing and able to work a rotational schedule and commute to site by air craft.
