**Scheduling Administrator**

Sun Ridge Residential Inc. provides energy analysis, inspection and environmental support for the residential building industry. We have an opening for a full time Scheduling Administrator. The person we are looking for will assume scheduling and administrative support responsibilities.

**Duties**:

- Organize files and keep records
- Assign workload to employees
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively (writing and speaking)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to use WORD, ACCESS, EXCEL
- An interest in working both independently and as part of a team in an office setting

**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
