- Role Description / Key Responsibilities
- Review and screen incoming maintenance work requests (notifications) with Asset Owners for validity, quality, and priority
- Development of weekly 7d Maintenance Schedule, in conjunction with Asset Owners and Maintenance Leaders
- Monitoring and adjustment of 24hr maintenance schedule for progress and coordination between Maintenance and Operations teams
- Processing and assignment of all SAP generated routine maintenance tasks
- Facilitation of daily Notification review meeting, daily schedule update and coordination meeting, and weekly scheduling meeting.

This is a rotational schedule of 2 weeks in 2 weeks out, 11hour days.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years experience in a related role.
- CMRP/MMP/AMP
- Advanced knowledge of SAP PM, Work Management & Master Data
- Proficient with MS Office products
- Advanced experience with Prometheus GWOS
