Conavi Medical’s Novasight Hybrid System enables simultaneous imaging of a patient’s coronary arteries using both intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) technologies.

If you would like to be a part of a growing and talented team that is making a difference in healthcare, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who will contribute to an efficient and cost-effective supply chain that maintains the manufacture of medical devices and operations aligned with quality standards and business objectives.

In this position, you will:

- Identify and evaluate new suppliers for materials and services with a focus on manufacturing and operations
- Conduct pre-qualification of production related materials and service suppliers
- Negotiate pricing for production related parts and materials
- Perform yearly supplier reviews and audits
- Support the procurement function by working with suppliers to prepare and conduct Request For Quotes _(RFQs)_, and place Purchase Orders _(POs)_
- Support the warehousing and logistics function with tasks such as kitting as well as receiving and shipping of goods
- Analyse and review manufacturing and logistic costs aiming for optimization
- Measure and report on supplier performance through score cards
- Operate in compliance with the Quality Management System _(QMS)_ including all policies and procedures
- Actively participate and adhere to Occupational Health & Safety activities and initiatives

You possess the following qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related program
- Experienced in supply chain and/or materials management and/or logistics and/or procurement
- Holding or working towards certification as a Certified in Planning and Inventory Management _(CPIM)_ or Certified Supply Chain Professional _(CSCP)_ is an asset
- Experience operating in a regulated environment is an asset
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps
- Able to perform physical demands of position _(wearing of Personal Protective Equipment, movement such as standing, walking, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items weighing no more than 23kg. or 51 lbs.) _
- Clear, accurate, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication skills
- Key competencies include collaboration, detail-orientation, problem-solving, self-initiative, and results-driven
