Position**:Administrative Assistant**

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AND / OR Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8 am to 5pm, Wednesday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm

Administrative Department - shifts may vary Monday to Saturday

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the organization in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Address and direct incoming calls to appropriate department.
- Process Sales Order’s and Invoices (_Business Central Software_)
- Complete all necessary paperwork in order to complete a customer file (_licensing, financing, documents, etc_.)
- Inputs required information into the CRM software.
- Ensure all invoices / work orders are completed and payments are accepted from customers in a timely manner.
- Comfortable handling large cash transactions
- Maintain and organize customer files.
- Communicating with customers regarding timelines, final payment, delivery / pick up dates.
- Maintaining a customer-focused environment, keeping customer service a priority, and addressing all inquiries in a professional manner
- Communicate with Sales Coordinator, Administrative team, Service department, and other applicable parties to ensure that all trailers are processed in a timely fashion.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required.

**Please note that this a 100% in office role.**

**Requirements**:

- French an Asset
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using Business Central, or CRM is an asset
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Multi-tasking
- Required to work Saturdays (on rotation)

**Working Conditions**
- Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk
- Ability to use phone frequently
- Regular office sitting and walking in between plant and main office
- Ability to operate the computer daily with repetitive tasks

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2-3 years (required)
- Dealership/licensing experience an asset.
- Customer Service experience (required)
- Bilingual (an asset)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
