As a Resource Manager, you will incorporate resource, agency operations, and people management skills. You will be accountable for aiding in the forecasting of all-agency digital production resource needs to support clients’ SOWs and Agency initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the department leads and project management to ensure that the Agency delivers effectively on client expectations and internal deliverables. This individual will become a trusted person who is in touch with cross-agency staff.

You will report directly to the VP, Technology & Delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Closely collaborate with the entire Program Delivery team, especially the VP, to divide and conquer the daily requests for RM presence in a meeting and be able to report back in a timely manner
- Partner with Account and Project Management to focus on resource identification, and placing the appropriate talent to task
- Escalate to the appropriate department stakeholder any information related to increase or decrease in workflow, and projected staffing needs
- Manage and report on creative staffing needs to creative team leadership
- Coordinate and attend weekly resource meetings with teams
- Distribute weekly allocations recap to teams
- Help secure agency teams for client projects
- Closely monitor utilization and group bandwidth by week
- Become familiar with scopes, forecasts, and staff plans
- Champion internal systems for higher productivity and agency efficiency
- Collaborate with the Agency Operations Manager regarding data related to resourcing demands, freelance spend, and staffing allocations
- Partner with Agency Operations Manager on all freelance needs for the agency
- Monitor bandwidth and maximize efficiency across team resources

**Required Skills**:
**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years of experience working in a resource management role, preferably within an advertising agency
- Working knowledge of the healthcare marketing industry - roles, tactics, etc., preferred but not required
- Strong communication, people management, and relationship building skills
- Ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced skills in MS Project or other project plan software (i.e. Smartsheet).
- Strong capability with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Outlook, ScreenDragon).
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (i.e. CMS).
- PMP or other operational/organizational certification (ITIL, Sig Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
