**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all retail pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and corporate standards
- Provide leadership and support to pharmacy managers, front store managers and support the accounting team.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all locations
- Identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and community stakeholders
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Lead change management and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies or processes
**Skills**
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or healthcare environment (pharmacy experience strongly preferred)
- Post-secondary education in business
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance in Nova Scotia
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated experience in financial management and strategic planning
- Ability to travel regularly between store locations
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
