**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Formatting of company documents and manuals
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Electronic filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support for GCI's Operations Manager
- Onboarding of staff
- Schedule training, appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role; experience in construction is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Familiarity with HR, HSE, Fleet administrative duties considered an asset
- Ability to follow company formatting procedures to ensure continuity in all documentation
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate professional phone etiquette
- Capable of typing quickly with high accuracy; proofreading skills are a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced construction setting

GCI's office is located in Balzac, public transportation is not available to our location, the ability to commute to our office is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
