Full Job Description:
Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper (NOC 1241 B)

Novapak Paper Products is located in Delta BC. We are looking to fill a multi-role position: Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper

Will perform the following duties:

- Assist in resolving customer complaints
- Assist in estimating and sending out quotes to customers
- Assist in preparing documents and job orders
- Assist in printing documents needed for production
- Assist in encoding / data-entry into systems, and making sure systems remains updated
- Assist in sending purchase orders
- Assist in receiving customer orders
- Assist in cold-calling leads
- Assist in following up accounts receivables

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
