How about: a robust benefits plan, a remote/hybrid work environment, competitive compensation, social events, lunch & learns and of course an awesome team of colleagues to work with **Opportunity Description** Lytica is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and deliver demand generation campaigns, create content marketing strategies, develop marketing metrics, and generate insights to help the company grow. **Activities and responsibilities include** - Gain a deep understanding of Lytica customers in order to develop persona-based messaging and value propositions that act as a foundation for compelling content - Assist in the effort of developing brand guidelines - Develop and own Marketing metrics to assess the performance of the organization and it's individual campaigns - Work in conjunction with the VP of Marketing on a variety of board-level projects aimed at improving the business and achieving breakout growth **Qualifications** - Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications - 7+ years experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up environment - Background in using HubSpot - Familiar with SEO and PPC - Previous experience using technologies such as Wordpress, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn - Strong content planning and creation capabilities - spanning written content to video content - Experience crafting compelling and effective value propositions and brand messaging - Very strong strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities - Ability to effectively gather insights and assess market opportunities - Highly collaborative, able to work across functional teams - Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to thrive in a high growth environment Lytica is an equal opportunity Employer.
