Farrah Fine Jewellers is looking to expand

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming customers with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality.
- Client calls for pickups, promotions, follow ups, etc.
- Assist in managing the store appointment calendar. This includes booking/rescheduling appointments.
- Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail, which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
- Tracking and ordering inventory.
- Keeping website up to date with new product and images.
- Managing all aspects of social media; from taking product photos, creating posts, engaging with the community, etc.
- Assist in any administrative or marketing tasks that may come up.

**Qualities we are looking for**:

- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Customer focused, able to multi task.
- Quickly build trust and rapport with clients and team.
- Able to wear many hats and open to take on new tasks.
- You possess strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to learn about jewellery.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanata, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
