Blackline Site Works is a locally owned and operated excavation company servicing the Lower Mainland.
Our clients can be assured that our team of professionals will deliver the services and support to guarantee that their project will be managed safely, efficiently and successfully.
Our organization is made up of industry professionals who have extensive experience in civil, roadworks, commercial and residential work.
Currently we are seeking an experienced foreman with the right experience to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5+ years experience as a foreman
- Experience in interpreting drawings, setting and using laser levels, installation of utilities and civil components, excavating and backfill of structures and road buildings
- Directs and coordinates crew members and subcontractors on site
- Ensures labor, equipment, materials and subcontractors are on site when necessary in order to perform the work
- Ensures materials, equipment and labor are utilized most efficiently and effectively
- Ability to safely operate equipment (an asset, but not required)
- Experience in cutting and beveling
- Experience in installing water, storm, sanitary, electrical ducting and other civil piping
- Signal equipment operators to ensure a safe and proper excavation
- Has Civil Construction and/or earthworks/remediation experience
- Can train each position on the crew and takes responsibility for the crew’s development
- Works with the project superintendent to plan ahead and ensure materials and resources are in place ahead of the work
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- MUST hold a valid driver’s license (heavy trailer endorsement is an asset)

Pay: $40.00-$47.15 per hour
