We are an established Civil Construction contractor that is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing company.

**Qualifications**:
A Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Typically, a Civil Foreman will have a background in construction or engineering, with a combination of education and on-the-job training. The specific qualifications required to become a civil foreman may vary depending on the employer, the type of project, and the local regulations. However, some general qualifications that may be expected include:
Technical skills: Civil foremen need to be familiar with a variety of construction techniques and technologies, including blueprints, and sometimes certain industry software.

Leadership skills: Foremen need to be able to lead and motivate their teams, delegate tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with both workers and management.

Safety training: Foremen need to be familiar with safety regulations and procedures, and be able to ensure that all workers on the job site are following these rules.

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
